Specialists in planning and pulling off scores. The hardest division to join — reserved for patience and composure under pressure.
The Front
Runs the Family's legitimate-facing operations — restaurants, firms, cafes, and shops. Keeps the money moving and the face clean.

Show reliability and discretion in your dealings with the Family.
Affiliate
Vouched for by a member, then a supervised trial period under your Sponsor.
Associate
Earn for the Family under supervision. Prove your loyalty and consistency.
Blood-In
Kneel, take the Oath, and rise as an Enforcer — blood of our blood.
Availability
Answer when called. Stand when others run.
Discretion
Absolute silence on Family business, with anyone outside it.

Friend of Family is not a full member of the gang — it carries no authority. The first official member rank is Affiliate. A Friend of Family must show consistent activity and be hand-picked by a High Council member or higher before being moved up into Affiliate.
